Tucked into the rainforest of BC’s Sunshine Coast, and only a small jaunt from Vancouver, you will find The Farm Studios. This world-class recording studio was envisioned by its creator, award-winning producer and engineer, GGGarth Richardson, to be an oasis of inspiration.

With a view of the Pacific, majestic trees and The Farm’s faithful talisman, Cooper, by your side, there is no better place to feel at ease and at your best.

We welcome you to record in our beautiful and professional setting, or stay a while longer to write your next album – you are guaranteed to feel at home.

The Farm Studios acknowledges that we are living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish people, namely the skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nation.

Beyond our acknowledgement, we are solemnly committed to doing our part to foster reconciliation, friendship, and a loving way forward. We commit to furthering our own education, and respecting, preserving, and supporting this beautiful land in the same spirit as our First Nations friends.

With the ability to house large groups, and an idyllic setting in the woods, The Farm Studios is the perfect place to host writing camps.

With three independent, spacious dwellings, all within a twenty-second walk of one-another, The Farm’s seven acres is large enough to host everything from writing camps to a full band (you can relax, knowing the producers are in a separate house and vice-versa). Each is self-sufficient, well-appointed and extremely comfortable – did we mention that it’s beautiful outdoors?
